ACIAM India, in collaboration with Acharya Nagarjuna University, conducted an intensive one day workshop designed to provide participants with practical exposure to alternative dispute resolution mechanisms, institutional frameworks, and contemporary ADR practices. The workshop aimed to bridge the gap between academic learning and real world application of ADR.
The programme featured a judicial address by Hon’ble Justice Cheemalapati Ravi of the Andhra Pradesh High Court, followed by expert sessions on mediation and arbitration practice. Participants engaged with institutional perspectives, procedural aspects, and practical insights into dispute resolution, resulting in a meaningful learning experience for students and faculty members.

ACIAM India organised a national level virtual conference addressing the operational challenges and emerging opportunities faced by Alternative Dispute Resolution service providers across India. The conference brought together ADR professionals, advocates, institutional leaders, and corporate stakeholders to examine how ADR institutions can strengthen resilience, improve service delivery, and adapt to evolving dispute resolution needs.

The discussions focused on institutional sustainability, innovation in ADR service delivery, adoption of best practices, and the role of technology in enhancing efficiency and accessibility. The virtual format enabled pan India participation and facilitated meaningful engagement across jurisdictions.
