Note: This fee covers the case registration and administrative expenses associated with managing the mediation process but excludes usage costs for facilities and other services (e.g., hearing rooms, printing, interpretation).

The Mediator’s Fee is calculated on a per-session basis (each session lasting up to four hours).
Additional Mediator Options
Parties may choose senior or expert mediators for their case. The fee for such mediators shall be determined based on the rates they charge, subject to mutual agreement between the parties.
Additional Expenses
Travel & Accommodation:
Any hearing or mediation held at ACIAM facilities will attract charges for hearing rooms, equipment, and support services (internet, printing, etc.) on an actual basis.
If a mediator is required to travel outside their base city, the cost of travel, accommodation, and other incidental expenses will be charged on an actual basis.
Taxes
Applicable taxes (e.g., GST) will be charged separately
Notes
If more than one mediator is appointed, the Mediator’s Fee will be applicable for each mediator.
This fee schedule is intended to ensure flexibility and efficiency while maintaining fairness for all parties involved.
For claims or disputes without an ascertainable monetary value, the Chairperson of ACIAM will determine the administrative fee and mediator’s fee, considering the complexity and scope of the dispute.
