Note: In cases of early settlement, arbitrators will be entitled to 1/3 of the fees if settled before the Claimant’s evidence stage. For later stages, fees will be proportionate.

Additional Notes

Travel and Accommodation: Costs of arbitrators’ travel and accommodation will be borne equally by the parties.
Facilities Charges: Usage of facilities (hearing rooms, transcription, etc.) will be charged separately.
Taxes: All fees are subject to applicable taxes.
Unquantifiable Claims: Fees for claims without ascertainable monetary value will be determined by the Chairperson, considering the complexity and relief sought.
